Jennifer Ozimkiewicz is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Corn and Soybean Crop Business for the Crop Science division in Bayer. Based in St. Louis, MO, Jennifer develops corn and soy crop strategy and portfolio management across technologies to create long-term value for farmers worldwide. Over the last 25 years, Jennifer has served in a variety of commercial roles at Monsanto and Bayer Crop Science. Most recently, she was SVP and Head of North America Regional Marketing. Previous experiences include marketing and product management leadership, commercial leadership, new business development, M&A, and enterprise strategy. She has international commercial leadership experience, having been the Interim Canada Commercial Lead, the Commercial Business Lead for the Mediterranean Region based in Madrid, Spain, and the Seed Licensing Lead for Europe-Africa, located in France.

Jennifer also serves as Board Member and Chairman of the Board of CoverCress, Inc. and she is a member of the Board of Trustees at Webster University. She is committed to giving back to the community. In 2013, the St. Louis Business Journal named her as one of “25 Most Influential Business Women” in St. Louis. Jennifer was Co-Chair of Monsanto’s St. Louis United Way Campaign for 2016-2017 She has served as Board Member for the Ladue Education Foundation in St. Louis and Qualisoy, as well as an advisory Board Member on the Women’s Farm and Forestry Alliance. She holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.A. and M.B.A. from Washington University. Jennifer lives in St. Louis with her husband, and three children.
