Vice President, Talent Management, Post Holdings, Inc.
Dessa Kopp serves as the Vice President of Talent Management at Post Holdings, Inc., where she leads the organization’s strategic initiatives in the talent area. Her team is responsible for Post’s talent acquisition, onboarding, organizational development, succession planning, leadership development, training, and HR compliance. She serves as a key liaison and advisor to Post’s business unit human resources teams.
Previously, Dessa worked for more than 15 years at Edward Jones in a variety of leadership roles, including as Associate General Counsel in the employment area partnering on workforce optimization strategies and as Legal Operations Leader, where she led communication strategies, leadership development, resource planning, onboarding, hiring and engagement strategies to improve the attraction and retention of talent for the division.
Dessa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Hanover College and her J.D. from St. Louis University Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Missouri Bar Association.
