Chip currently serves as the Managing Director leading new business development for Aon Missouri with a specialization in Food and Agribusiness. He previously served as the National Business Development Director for Aon’s Food, Agribusiness and Beverage Practice where Chip worked with companies from farm to fork as a risk advisor.
Chip’s agriculture roots developed working on a family cattle ranch in Missouri established a foundation and passion for the food and agribusiness industry. As a specialist in the food and agribusiness industry Chip works directly with clients and Aon colleagues on emerging and non-traditional risks throughout the food system providing unique insight into industry risks and solutions. Chip brings over 25 years of business development and sales management experience to his role with Aon. With a successful track record of working with food and agribusiness clients in agriculture, livestock production/processing, feed ingredient, food processing and distribution, Chip brings the necessary experience to credibly serve colleagues, prospects and clients in addressing industry needs.
Chip is an active participant in the agribusiness community serving as a speaker at industry events and a member of the St. Louis Agribusiness Club, The American Feed Industry Association, The Grocery Manufacturers Association, Chair of the Danforth Leadership Council for the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center and alum of the Harvard Agribusiness Seminar. Chip lives in St. Louis, MO with his wife and two children and serves the community through his charitable interest serving on the Board of Directors with Pedal the Cause, a nonprofit event raising funds for cancer research.
