Brendan Johnson is the leader of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s Startup and Venture Capital Practice and a member of the firm’s Food & Agribusiness Practice. His practice concentrates on corporate finance and securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

He has represented clients ranging from emerging companies to widely held public companies in matters such as private placements of debt and equity securities, initial public offerings and other public securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, review and preparation of periodic reports and proxy materials for listed companies, and joint ventures and other commercial transactions.
